UOL, Hilton sign deal for first NoMad Hotel in Apac at former Faber House site

Faber House was an eight-storey commercial structure situated across the street from 313@somerset. In 2021, UOL received in-principle authorizations to redevelop the site into a 19-storey resort under URA’s Strategic Development Initiative (SDI) system.
