CapitaLand Development to launch LyndenWoods, first residential project in Singapore Science Park

LyndenWoods is a five-minute walk to Kent Ridge MRT station on the Circle Line (CCL), that is one stop far from one-north, and two stations far from Buona Vista Interchange on the CCL and East-West Line. The area around LyndenWoods is even supported by upgraded passerby and cyclist facilities.

CapitaLand Development’s latest non commercial property addresses increasing need for well-located, high-quality housing and exhibits just how integrated urban districts can supply both future-ready liveability and enduring investment worth, claims Tay.

Home owner facilities include a co-working lounge, a 50m infinity swimming pool, an entertainment tennis court, a pickleball court, a devoted pet’s park, and the Lynden Club– a resident clubhouse with a fitness center, social lounge, and function room.

CapitaLand Development, the property development arm of CapitaLand Group, is set to sneak peek the 343-unit LyndenWoods, the very first exclusive non commercial development in a refreshed Singapore Science Park, on Saturday June 28.

The debut of LyndenWoods comes immediately after CapitaLand finishes the redevelopment of Geneo, an incorporated development presenting five Grade A structures and the 250-unit Citadines Science Park Singapore. Residents of LyndenWoods are going to gain from the brand-new amenities, F&B options, and placemaking activities arranged by CapitaLand at Geneo, that neighbours the upcoming apartment.

Meanwhile, there are 45 three-bedroom units of 1,023 to 1,066 sq ft, alongside 46 units of three-bedroom + Guest (premium) type condos of 1,292 sq ft. Just one stack making up 23 units of four-bedroom (premium) units of 1,647 sq ft is attainable.

This biophilic architectural design mirrors the development’s proximity to nearby green rooms such as Kent Ridge Park and the Southern Ridges. LyndenWoods is also anticipated to acquire the BCA Green Mark Platinum accreditation.

The development will make up two 24-storey high rises with a mix of two- to four-bedroom units of 635 to 1,647 sq ft. The condominium also features a two-storey basement carpark with 240 lots. Each of the residence towers are going to be created in a dual-point block layout with designed sky balconies on each storey. According to CapitaLand, this design takes on a visually fenceless form that enhances all-natural ventilation and lighting.

Notable developments in the proximity of LyndenWoods consist of National University of Singapore, National University Hospital, the one-north precinct, and Rochester Commons. Surrounding schools and educational institutions such as Fairfield Methodist School (Primary), Anglo-Chinese Junior University, and Singapore Polytechnic.

“LyndenWoods is a pivotal breakthrough in the ongoing makeover journey of Singapore Science Park. CapitaLand Project’s very first household property development throughout Singapore Science Park mirrors our concept to revitalize the place right into a vibrant, mixed-use innovation cluster,” says Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Development (Singapore).

Two-bedroom units and two-bedroom plus study units comprise about 65% of the overall unit mix, with 137 units of regular two-bedders extending from 635 to 721 sq ft, and 92 units of two-bedroom plus study units of 850 to 883 sq ft.

The sales gallery lies next to 7 Science Park and the property development is projected to start for sale on July 12.

LyndenWoods rests on a 124,352 sq ft site that was formerly occupied by the Defence Science and Technology Agency from 2000 to 2018, after which that structure was destroyed in 2020. CapitaLand Development efficiently put on rezone the plot from market park to residence.
