Prime central London development The Broadley to launch for sale in Singapore

The property falls under fare zone 1 of London’s public transport system, which involves the central region of the metro. The Broadley is within walking range of three London Underground terminals: Edgware Road, Marylebone and Paddington. Other notable stops, such as Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Baker Street, are one stop away.

Units at The Broadley, a residential development in London’s Marylebone neighbourhood, will be released for sale to Singapore customers. The 215-unit property, which is being marketed by Savills Singapore, is a new development that is expected to get completed in 2029.

According to Koh, The Broadley “ticks all the boxes for Singapore financiers looking for quality investments in global portal cities.” He adds: “Eye-catching rates, integrated with current exchange rates and softer competition in the UK market, is developing timely prospects for international buyers to return to the London market.”

Units at The Broadley comprise a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to Savills, prices for the units begin with GBP599,000 ($ 1.03 million) for studios, from GBP731,000 for one-bedrooms, from GBP982,000 for two-bedrooms and from GBP1.86 million for three-bedrooms.

Services in the surrounding spot include shops and dining establishments on Marylebone High Road. The Broadley is similarly near to different academies and colleges, in addition to environment-friendly spaces such as Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.

Savills Singapore will definitely be offering a start activity for The Broadley over the weekend of July 26 and 27 at voco Orchard Singapore, from 11am to 6pm.

All flats at the property development have an exclusive terrace or patio and feature home appliances including a fridge, dish washer, and washing appliance. Homeowners also have connection to a 24-hour attendant assistance, a gym, a home owners’ lounge, a screening space, and a yard with play areas.

The Broadley is a mutual venture between London-based property developer Mount Anvil and the Westminster City Council. The development is part of Westminster’s GBP1.3 billion Church Street regeneration area that will most likely see new homes, retail industry and environment-friendly areas and public amenities. “The Church Street regeneration will certainly produce a significant transformation and The Broadley is going to be the very first to benefit from it,” claims Ruben Koh, top director and executive of global housing sales at Savills Singapore.
