APAC Realty expands ERA franchise into Hong Kong

According to Marcus Chu, CEO of APAC Real estate, the team’s entry into Hong Kong comes with a “tactical and appropriate time, amid restored client trust and improving market belief”.

Under the agreement announced on Oct 28, HKMD is going to hold working civil liberties over ERA registered member broker offices in Hong Kong for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty retains the choice to renew the contract for another three years, subject to particular contractual predicaments.

ERA HKMD’s Chan claims the partnership “shows our dedication to remaining ahead of market trends and strengthening our competitive edge”. She adds that ERA’s worldwide system will assist the firm better attend to the progressing requirements of Hong Kong investors.

Chu adds that the growth will certainly allow APAC Realty to better serve clients wanting to expand their property profiles past Singapore. “The mix of global uniformity and local insight will drive our effectiveness throughout the region,” he says.

Singapore-based realty companies APAC Realty, via its subsidiary brand ERA, has authorized a franchise arrangement with Hong Kong– managed realty and financial solutions firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).

Hong Kong’s estate market has been showing indicators of recovery this year, sustained by the elimination of real property stamp responsibilities, relieving home mortgage prices and enhancing affordability.

With this expansion, APAC Realty’s organization are going to grow to more than 21,900 consultants throughout 14 Asia-Pacific countries.
