Frasers Hospitality to open 18 new serviced, hotel residences across Asia by 2028
Located within the top 10 floors of a 45-storey costs office tower integrated with the One Bangkok Retail property development, the 261-room property is going to offer personal service, contemporary Thai-inspired layout, 2 dining places and curated wellness offerings.
Six new signings across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and Japan are readied to enhance Frasers Hospitality’s development pipeline in key Asian markets. 2 of these properties are expected to begin deals this year.
In accordance with its emphasis on serviced living in Asia, Frasers Hospitality will start 18 brand-new serviced and hotel houses across the area by 2028.
Beyond Southeast Asia, Fraser Residence Wuzhen is set to come out in 4Q2026, noting the business’s growth beyond China’s major urban centres. The 117-unit property delivers a series of accommodation types from one- to two-bedroom apartments, equipped with kitchen areas.
