The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

The Great Room presently operates seven locations in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.

The rebrand comes 4 years right after US-headquartered Industrious– currently a unit of CBRE– obtained homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.

The Great Room also presently operates two places in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and just one in Hong Kong.

The move will unify Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, formerly operating under The Great Room, right into its global network, the company said in a June 17 launch.

Properties under hospitality-led work environment dealer The Great Room– extending Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will run under the Industrious company, effective July 1.
